HOSPITAL ELEVATORS

In a Hospital, an Elevator Isn't Transport. It's Part of the Chain of Care.

Stretcher-deep cabins, fast vertical movement, and uninterrupted reliability — engineered so the lift is never the reason a patient waits. BIS & ISO certified, ARD-protected, IS 17900, 25 years and zero incidents.

Overview

A hospital lift is not a passenger lift with a wider door. It carries patients, beds, and the people keeping them alive — which makes stretcher clearance, speed, hygiene and reliability clinical requirements, not features. Span builds to that bar.

The Span Difference

Built around the stretcher, not the passenger.

An extra-deep 2400 mm car takes a hospital bed, a stretcher, and the team moving with it — without anyone turning sideways.

Capacity for the whole entourage.

15, 20 or 26 passengers (1020–1768 kg) — patient, bed, attendants and equipment in a single trip.

Hygiene is a spec, not a finish.

Anti-bacterial surfaces, easy-clean stainless interiors, touchless controls — built for infection control.

Fast when fast is the difference.

Up to 1.5 m/s, because in emergency transport the lift cannot be the slow link.
